INDOOR YOUTH BASKETBALL

Liberty's indoor basketball is open to boys and girls who are age 4 through 8th grade. Players do not need prior experience to join. This is an amazing way for children to learn basketball skills and team participation. All age groups are co-ed.

WHEN:
Saturdays | September 20, 2025 — November 15, 2025.
Practice will run 30 minutes prior to game time. Game times are from 20—40 minutes long, depending on age group.

WHERE:
Liberty Bible Church | Chesterton Campus | 824 N. Calumet Avenue., Chesterton, IN

COST:
Early bird pricing now through Sunday, June 15.
Early bird cost is $35 per player up to 4 children, then additional children are free up to 6 kids.

Regular pricing begins on Monday, June 16.
$50/child; no multi-child discount

SCHOLARSHIPS:

If you need to request a scholarship, click here. (Scholarships should be requested by Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024.)

Adult Code of Conduct

  • I will put the emotional and physical well-being of youth participants ahead of a personal desire to win. (Philippians 2:3-4)

    • I will respect players, coaches, officials, spectators and families always. (Romans 12:9-10)

    • I will respect the decisions of officials or coaches. (1 Peter 2:13-15)

    • I will not engage in any violence, verbal threats or use any profanity. (Psalm 34:13-14)

    • I will model good sportsmanship for all youth participants.

    • I will not belittle or ridicule anyone involved in a youth sporting event: in public, private, in-person or online. (Leviticus 19:16-18)

    • I will do my part to keep sports fun and positive for every youth participant.

 

Youth Code of Conduct

  • I will be a good sport to players, coaches, officials, opponents and parents at every game and practice, no matter win or lose. (Isaiah 40:31)

  • I will learn the value of commitment by participating in as many practices and games as I can. (1 Corinthians 9:24-27)

  • I will encourage my teammates and praise good efforts. (1 Thessalonians 5:11)

  • I will be honest, fair and respectful to others always. (Proverbs 10:9, 11:13, 12:17)

  • I will aim to learn all I can from sports. (Philippians 4:9)

  • I will arrive at practice on time and be ready to dedicate my attention to my coaches.
