The Elder Board provides leadership to the congregation by overseeing the affairs of the church. It is accountable to the members of Liberty Bible Church for the spiritual welfare of the congregation, the well-being of the staff and their families, determining and articulating the mission and vision of Liberty, supporting and encouraging the Lead Pastor in the execution of his responsibilities and maintaining fiduciary responsibilities of Liberty including developing an annual budget.
