LIBERTY’S RESIDENCY PROGRAM

The vision for Liberty’s Residency Program grew from our GATHER Initiative that began 2022. The four pillars of this campaign are: 1) GATHER before God, 2) GATHER together as one church, 3) GATHER those not yet gathered and 4) GATHER the next generation.

As we invest in the next generation of disciplemakers, Liberty’s Residency Program seeks to create relationships within a work environment that train high school graduates in biblical wisdom, social skills and transferrable career skills. It is for young adults who are: maturing spiritually, moving toward emotional health and seeking understanding of their vocational fit.

The structure will include a monthly large group meeting with other mentors and residents and it’s a one-year program (with the opportunity to renew for a second year).
