Women's Retreat 2019
April 26-28, 2019 | Blue Gate Garden Inn, Shipshewana, IN | seen.KNOWN.loved
Join us for a weekend getaway to refresh and replenish our souls. Our theme this year is seen.KNOWN.loved. We know that God loves us....but as the hits of life come, we begin to question what that love really means and struggle with how God is involved our lives. In our time together, we will explore God's role as Father and our identity as His children. The Father's heartbeat is continually calling out to us....you are seen...you are known...you are loved. Bring a friend (or two) to enjoy great food, warm conversations, a dynamic speaker and all the attractions of Amish Country.
CHANGES FOR 2019!
New venue: Blue Gate Garden Inn
Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch are not included in the retreat fee.
Saturday dinner theme is back!

TALK 1: A NEW NAME
Through faith in Christ, we are no longer slaves, but now children of the most high God - and this adoption changes EVERYTHING! You have been given a new name, a new family and a new identity! Come home, and live into your new name.
TALK 2: AM I INVISIBLE?
I know God is invisible, but am I invisible, too? Where is God when I'm in the desert?
TALK 3: REST STOPS
Whether in green pastures or darkest valleys, God desires to set a table before you in the presence of your enemies. He sets the table but you must come and eat.
TALK 4: WHEN GOD SHOWS UP
How do we discern the voice of the Lord? Learn to pay attention to the gentle whispers and burning bushes in our lives.
Worship at the retreat will be led by Rachel Paarlberg and her team. Rachel is the former Director of Worship at Liberty’s LaPorte campus. Rachel has a passion for music and has been singing and playing piano since she was 5 years old. She received her degree in Elementary Education from Purdue University which she uses daily with her three littles: ages 4 years, 2 years and newborn. She has a heart for music and worship amidst child-rearing, gardening and loving on the family farm dogs.
