Thanksgiving Offering
Give Thanks, Give Hope:
Liberty’s Thanksgiving Offering Supporting Joni and Friends
WHAT:
The Thanksgiving Offering is more than a tradition — it’s a tangible way to express our thankfulness to God and to invest in the ongoing work of His kingdom, both here at Liberty and in our community.
This year, our offering is going toward something close to our hearts — Joni and Friends Family Retreats. These retreats give families affected by disability a chance to rest, connect, and experience the love of Christ. Through your giving, we can offer scholarships to families, reach those who may not yet know Jesus, and support volunteers who serve so faithfully.
WHEN:
We’re kicking off our Thanksgiving Offering on Sunday, November 2, at all campuses! Be sure to grab a Thanksgiving Jar from the back of the sanctuary or the lobby.
Take it home, set it on your kitchen table, and each day as you eat, take a moment to thank God for His blessings. As a simple act of gratitude, drop an offering into the jar.
Then bring your jar back for our Thanksgiving Worship Service on Wednesday, November 26. If you can’t be there, you can still give during Sunday worship or online.
