Food, fitness and faith are three vital areas of our lives that routinely need direction. Join Karen Wagner, Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, as she coaches you to design your custom path to wellness. (Registration deadline is Sunday, January 21.)
8:30am-9am: Check In
9am-10:15am: Session 1 - Goal setting, evaluating nutrition and how faith frames how to manage your food choices
10:15am-10:30am: Break (snacks and drinks provided)
10:30am-11:45am: Session 2 - Learn God's truth about exercise and how to apply it; debunk exercise myths and how to reach your goals.
11:45am-12pm: Break (snacks and drinks provided)
12pm-1pm: Lunch | Q & A - Optional lunch will be Mexican themed...a healthy, balanced meal with options for all nutrition plans. Karen will answer questions during this time of food and conversation. Lunch is an extra cost of $8.
