WHAT TO EXPECT

We want to set you at ease from your first visit. When you arrive, head to the nearest Welcome Center. Our friendly volunteers will be there to meet your family, check your child into our secure database system and guide you to your child’s age-appropriate room.

Security

For your child’s safety, our children’s staff/volunteers submit an application for a background check with references. All families with children birth to fifth grade use a safe check-in system to check their child in and out of the Kids Ministry. Each child and parent will be given matching name tags each Sunday morning. You will need the matching tag to pick your child up.

HOW CHECK IN WORKS

After registering your child for Kids Ministry, you can use our computer to print check-in labels. Just enter your phone number to print your child's nametag with a matching parent pick-up tag.

Your child will need to wear their name tag during the entire visit. At the end of the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your security tag when picking up your child.

If your child needs you during worship, we would alert you with the security code (from your parent tag) on the screen during the service. At other times, such as adult Bible classes, we will send you a cell phone text message. Please go immediately to your child's nursery or classroom.
